You can place an order directly on the website 24/7.
Correct receipt of the order is confirmed by e-mail sent to the e-mail address communicated by the customer during registration. Each order is marked with an “order number” to be used for any communication with REFUEL BREWING.
The availabilities reported on the site are truthful and updated daily; REFUEL BREWING reserves the right to confirm the order based on “real availability” … in case of lack of the ordered product, the REFUEL BREWING Staff will promptly contact the customer to evaluate the sending of equivalent products, waiting for the new supply, or the return of the amount paid.

RECEIPT OF GOODS

Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the customer is required to check:
– that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document

Any damage or mismatch in the number of packages must be immediately reported to the courier who makes the delivery and immediately afterwards must be reported to REFUEL BREWING.

GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR THE PROVISION OF THE REFUELBREWING.COM SERVICES

1. PREMISES AND DEFINITIONS
1.1 These General Conditions govern all the terms and conditions relating to the provision of free services offered from time to time by refuelbrewing.com (hereinafter the “Services”).

2. SIGNING UP
2.1 Subscription to the Services offered by REFUEL BREWING is free and implies acceptance of these General Conditions. In order to access the services offered by REFUEL BREWING, the User must fill in the registration form.

3. DURATION AND WITHDRAWAL
3.1 The provision of the Services will start from the date of registration by the User and will be intended for an indefinite period, without prejudice to the User’s right to withdraw and renounce the use of the Service. The withdrawal by the User may take place at any time and with immediate effect by means of a written communication sent to REFUEL BREWING, via e-mail at info@refuelbrewing.com. The communication can also be sent by telegram or fax.
3.2 REFUEL BREWING may withdraw from the Services offered to the User at any time starting from the first calendar day following the registration of the same, by means of a communication sent by e-mail to the address provided by the User and with effect from the first day following the date of this notice.
3.3 In case of violation by the User of any of these General Conditions, REFUEL BREWING reserves the right, without any prior notice, to interrupt the provision of the Services to the User.
3.4 Any complaints about the functioning of the Service can be sent by e-mail to info@refuelbrewing.com and, by ordinary mail, to REFUEL BREWING, Largo Annunziata 21, 12089 Villanova Mondovì (CN).

4. USE OF THE SERVICES
4.1 The right to use the Services offered by REFUEL BREWING is personal and not transferable to any person other than the User.

10. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL OF THE PURCHASE
According to the Law Decree n.21 of 21 February 2014 and the European directive 83/2011, the purchased product can be returned, together with the original packaging, within fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase. If in the original packaging, REFUEL BREWING may at its choice either replace the product or refund the purchase price; in the latter case, the refund will be made in accordance with the payment method used at the time of purchase. The refund will be made by bank transfer, within ten (10) working days.

11. DISPUTES AND APPLICABLE LAW
11.1 These General Conditions are governed by Italian law.
11.2 Any dispute regarding the interpretation and execution of these General Conditions that may arise between the Parties will be devolved to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Rome.
